community.

Overview

Founded in 2013, Bizbrain Technologies is an expert in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) for enterprises of all sizes and types. They are committed to bridging the gap between business and technology.

As the company grew, they realized it was time to take the next step in the evolution of their business. They contacted us, and we began to analyze the communication materials, channels and the objectives they wanted to achieve in this new phase.

Much to do.

The goal was to create interesting content that would attract business executives, customers and technology experts from the world of SAP IBP to create a community and position Bizbrain Technologies as an important player in the field.

We organized original content, webinars, articles, specific solutions and industry news and developed a strategy for their LinkedIn channel to drive traffic to their online content and generate leads. We also improved the visual quality of their posts.

We were tasked to work within two important perimeters: Communication for an IT audience is not the same as for a business audience. We needed to reach both, and the content had to be organic. During the first year, we increased their social community by 220 percent.

Implementing
the new brand.

After Bizbrain Technologies redesigned their brand, we had to adopt the new look and feel without affecting the engagement we had already obtained.

A new marketing director led the change; campaigns were sponsored and posts boosted. We increased their reach — engagements and reactions scaled up to third place among their competitors.
